Building from Source - BioSharp
To build BioSharp, you will need to have a 2008 version of Visual Studio. Note that Visual Studio 2008 Express is a free download, and will work just fine.
To actually do the build, open a command prompt, go to the directory containing the source, and execute the build.bat file. The binaries will all be placed in the build subdirectory.
